Automatication MJM – Unipessoal, Lda., a commercial company under Portuguese law and is the company responsible for providing the relevant services and the website www.automatication.com, whereby users and/or customers have access to information regarding Automatication’s services and product presentations, as commercialized or delivered over time, and Responsible for the Processing of personal data for the purposes of this Policy.

Your personal information can be requested by Automatication when you subscribe our newsletter, download Automatication’s documentation, request a Automatication contact – namely, for a demonstration or business meeting with Automatication -, registration and participation in events organized by Automatication, and may still be processed within the scope of Automatication’s services.

  • Provide and carry out services;
  • Process and complete transactions, as well as sending related information, including confirmations of transactions and invoices;
  • Manage the use of Automatication’s services by its customers, answer information requests and comments, as well as provide customer service and support;

(v) recruitment and selection processes, which includes applications and analysis of CV’s sent or collected, within the scope of the internal selection process according to the needs identified by Automatication.

The legal basis for such processing is (a) the need for pre-contractual arrangements developed at the request of the personal data subject, and (b) the need for the legitimate interests pursued by Automatication to review the applications and submit the candidates for an internal selection process, according to the previously defined criteria.

4. Lawfulness of the Processing of Personal Data

Automatication does not transfer your personal data to third parties, except when necessary for the provision of contracted services and/or to fulfill legal obligations applicable to Automatication.

Such transmission to third parties is, in any case, carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection law, and within the scope of legal and established purposes.
Automatication may share your personal data, to the extent strictly necessary, with the following entities:

  • Parties involved in the business relationship, including, for the purpose of providing services by Automatication;
  • Public entities, within what is necessary to fulfill the legal obligations applicable to Automatication;

Automatication has implemented a set of security procedures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Automatication guarantees that the personal data provided and stored by Automatication on the servers is in a controlled, secure and protected environment from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

If Automatication requires to subcontract services from a third party that may have access to your personal data, Automatication’s subcontractors shall take the necessary technical and organizational measures that may be necessary to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal data.
